Data Processing Agreement
This document applies where a professional customer, company, entity or team uses Cabyvox to process personal data for its own purposes and Cabyvox acts as processor regarding certain content entered by that customer into the service.
1. Parties
Controller: the professional customer subscribing to Cabyvox. Processor: , operator of Cabyvox.
2. Subject matter
The processor will process personal data included by the customer in Cabyvox only to provide the subscribed service.
3. Duration
The processing duration is linked to the account or subscription term, without prejudice to locks, backups, legal obligations or reasonable technical deletion periods.
4. Nature and purpose
Hosting, organisation, display, backup, export and technical processing of content entered by the customer into Cabyvox.
5. Types of data
The types of data depend on the content entered by the customer. Cabyvox does not request special categories of data and recommends not entering unnecessary sensitive data.
6. Processor obligations
Cabyvox undertakes to:
- Process data only on documented customer instructions.
- Ensure authorised persons are subject to confidentiality.
- Apply reasonable technical and organisational measures.
- Assist the customer, where reasonable, with data subject requests.
- Notify security breaches according to applicable law.
- Not subcontract processing without appropriate safeguards.
- Delete or return data at the end of the service, unless legal retention applies.
7. Sub-processors
Cabyvox may use hosting, email, payment, consent-based analytics, support, security and other necessary technical providers. A list of relevant categories of sub-processors or providers will be maintained.
8. International transfers
Where international transfers occur, appropriate GDPR safeguards will be applied.
9. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for having a sufficient legal basis to enter, store or process third-party personal data in Cabyvox.
