Cabyvox operates through monthly, annual or other published subscription plans.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time from your account, from the enabled billing portal or by contacting .

Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, you will retain access until the end of the already paid billing period.

3. Refunds

Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Cabyvox grants an exceptional refund at its discretion.

No prorated refunds are provided for unused periods unless legally required.

4. Withdrawal right

If you act as a consumer in a jurisdiction where a withdrawal right applies, you will be informed during the subscription process.

When you request immediate access to the digital service after payment, you may be required to expressly agree that access starts during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, this may affect or waive the withdrawal right once access begins.

5. Technical incidents

If a serious technical incident attributable to Cabyvox substantially prevents use of the service for a relevant period, we may assess compensation, service extensions or refunds according to the specific case and applicable law.
