Terms of Service
1. What Cabyvox is
Cabyvox is an online editorial planning and recording guidance service for audio creators, podcasters, narrative video creators, teachers, course creators and other structured content creators.
The service allows users to create and manage podcasts, episodes, sections, script cards, ideas, references, resources, recording marks, exports and other elements related to preparing and running a recording session.
2. Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account, subscribing or using Cabyvox, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
3. User account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless such activity is caused by a failure attributable to Cabyvox.
4. Subscriptions, prices and taxes
Cabyvox may offer free, trial, monthly, annual or promotional plans.
Prices shown to consumers will include applicable taxes where required by law. In B2B sales, tax treatment may vary depending on the country, tax/VAT ID and applicable reverse charge or other tax rules.
Before confirming payment, the price, billing period, applicable taxes where relevant, automatic renewal and key contract terms will be displayed.
5. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel renewal from your account, from the enabled billing portal or by contacting support at .
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, you will retain access to the subscribed plan until the end of the already paid billing period.
7. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Cabyvox is an immediately accessible digital service.
When subscribing, you may expressly request that access to the service starts immediately after payment. In that case, you acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, the start of access may affect or waive your statutory withdrawal right.
Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Cabyvox decides to grant a refund on an exceptional basis.
This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
8. Permitted use
You must use Cabyvox lawfully, reasonably and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service for illegal activities, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, attempt to access third-party systems, bypass technical limits, abuse infrastructure or store unlawful content.
9. User content
You retain ownership of the content you create, enter or import into Cabyvox.
You grant Cabyvox a limited, non-exclusive licence required to host, process, display, back up and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, protecting and improving the service.
10. Imported content and external references
If you import JSON, links, notes, references, resources or any other content, you represent that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Cabyvox does not generally verify the legality, accuracy or quality of user-entered content.
11. Availability and MVP
Cabyvox may be in MVP, beta or active development stage. Some features may change, improve, be limited or be removed.
We will try to notify relevant changes when they materially affect use of the service.
12. Support
Support will be provided through or other channels indicated in the application. Response times may vary depending on the subscribed plan and product phase.
13. Changes to the service or terms
We may modify these terms to reflect legal, technical, commercial or functional changes. When changes are material, reasonable prior notice will be provided or renewed acceptance will be requested.
14. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate an account in case of serious breach of these terms, security risk, non-payment, service abuse, legal requirement or unlawful activity.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabyvox will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, reputational damage or data loss where such damage is not attributable to serious breach, wilful misconduct or relevant negligence by Cabyvox.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Spanish and European law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the user's country of residence.
